Major Update Connected Player Experience Introducing our new real-time connected system that seamlessly links organizers and players. Players can now connect to an organizer’s session instantly by scanning a QR code and access everything they need directly from their own device. Once connected, players can: • Join the organizer’s session automatically • Track their own matches in real time • View ongoing and upcoming matches • Check their current queue at any time • Access their complete match history • Monitor their running expenses throughout the session • Make payments immediately after playing • Upload payment slips directly through the app, with payment status automatically synced to the organizer Feedback System We’ve added a new efficient and anonymous feedback system to help build better communities. • Players can offer suggestions and constructive feedback on how the organizer ran that particular game session, helping the organizer improve or resolve issues in the future. • Players can give suggestions, feedback, encouragement (hearts), or praise to fellow players. Promoting creative and positive play. This gives members the chance to express appreciation and admiration while collectively discouraging inappropriate behavior through the system and honest feedback.
