On its surface the app seems fine but ads for sports apps etc. keep popping up which is annoying.
Terrible app plagued with ads
I can't believe how bad this app is. If you are needing to get around madrid, maybe you are at a station and want to look at the map, or are on a train and want to see what the next stop is... you open the app & the first thing that happens is you get a 30 second ad that you can't dismiss... great missed my stop. Terrible app, do the basic thing you are supposed to do and help people navigate Madrid

Great simple directions for Madrid metro
Our first time to Madrid. This greatly facilitated our one day visit.
Nice concept, execution not fit for purpose
Doubt it will be worth migration to new app unless old problem fixed; can't rotate screen (iPhone or iPad) out of portrait orientation. Also, cities list seems a little sparse so far if they are asking for paying subscribers. I would prefer an app that can locate you but won't track you, for those occasions when I want to get a casual abortion.

So useful!
If you are new to Madrid, it can be a bit overwhelming to find your way around. This app was great, plans your Metro route for you with all station changes listed. Awesome!

Are super annoying, but that’s their purpose to force you to buy Premium.
Needs Fare Info!
The subway is pretty easy to navigate but buying tickets is complicated.

This app is great but there have been new or renamed stations recently so please come back to this.

Use google maps-app waste of money
Do not waste your money google maps does an amazing job. Search using public transit option. I used google maps in London,Paris, madrid and Barcelona flawlessly. I wish I could get my money back.
Fantastic and easy to use
I used this on a solo trip in Paris and the route planner was very helpful , the “map” tab especially so. Looking forward to using the app on my upcoming Madrid trip, great tool!
No outlying Stations
App seems to work for Madrid Proper, but has no info on outlying rail stations or how to get to the Metro
