Hello, Thanks for reaching out and we are very sorry about this issue. Please make sure you are connected to internet and delete the app and reinstall it. After that, try the following. You will not be charged twice. Try downloading the already paid content as you did the first time. Apple will tell you the price but when you hit the buy button you will receive a pop up saying that you can download it for free because you have already paid the product. You will not be charged twice, we guarantee that, if you do, please send us the receipt and we will help you process a refund with Apple. Thank you

Thank you for your feedback. We are very sorry to hear that. We are working on your suggestions and will update the app as soon as this improvement is done. However, if you did not like the app you can always get your money back. In the other hand, as you may know there are many revenue models within the apps and we have decided to use the freemium model (free to download with locked content). We have never implied anything other than that. Even if you look at the app store page, it says that the app contains In App Purchases and it shows a price for each one of them. If you are not happy with the product we can always process a refund. Please email us to contact@etips.com and we can work it from there. Там не карта а фото печатной карты которую дают туристам в автобусах, даже без улиц. Достопримечательностей города Мадрид, очень мало.

Maps did not download
Good app
There should be a request tab for future maps.
You should be able to search the metro map by typing in the station instead of scrolling through a massive list.
I would like to see Balearic Islands added as an eTip map app.
It would be nice to have a portal or eTips master app to launch the subsidiary maps/travel guides from.
Just select which purchase you made, etc.
