I am writing to express my extreme frustration with your platform. I am currently attempting to distribute my music, but your application is riddled with bugs and is not user-friendly.
Specifically, I am unable to progress past Step 6 after entering my release date. I have attempted this process on multiple devices, including a mobile device, a laptop, and an iMac, and the result is the same every time. The interface simply hangs or fails to proceed.
As an artist, my time is precious, and these technical failures are directly delaying my release schedule. Choosing Madverse for my distribution currently feels like a significant mistake.
Details of the issue:
• Location of Bug: Step 6 (Post-release date entry).
• Browsers/Systems Tested: [e.g., Chrome on Mac, Safari on iPhone, etc.]
I expect an immediate fix or a manual workaround so my music can be submitted for distribution today. Please confirm that you are looking into this immediately.
