Lousy app
I forgot the password to my account, when I tried to use the forgot password feature, I never get the email to reset my password. I used the correct user name and tried other variations and nothing.

This app is terrible! It won’t let me do anything without closing.
Amateur
No touch ID for sign-in. No ability to search for in-network providers. I tried to "live chat" with a representative and have been waiting for the page to load/be answered for 20+ minutes. The only way to look for a provider is to call during business hours and and speak with a representative which is not user friendly. Don't waste your time downloading this app!
