It took more than 20 minutes to order 2 pizzas. You need to work on speeding up your interface
Clumsy and Not Intuitive
Very Basic app with little functionality and uninspiring UI. Not very intuitive menu with confusing options how to go back and cancel screens. Address selection is very broad. Offer selection, discount and promos are very confusing displayed in the cart. I will probably switch back to Careem, Talabat etc..

As a regular customer of Masetro, I am disappointed with the application. Offers in app are not honored at take away places.
