Doesn't t work

We installed the app and we installed the Magento extention. There was no way to configure either with the instructions provided. We contacted support and got a copy/paste reply which wasn't even for the product or version we were using.

They offer paid support and paid services so maybe a useless app is their way to generate sales leads and sell in more services but to be fair to them they didn't attempt to sell us anything or spam us.

Ill happily update this review if we have a useful download or a configurable extention one day.
