I’ve been using this app for years, and finally got the paid version. Now none of my images are downloading with a transparent background. I’ve never had this trouble before.

I love this app, I’ve been using it since its initial launch years back. Simple, effective and reliable. I was happy to pay for it again, even though I paid for it before. Great app. Showing appreciation to your old customers would be good practice though. Keep up the good.
