Interesting mini games
Mini games are challenging and different. However, there are some bugs.
Major bug
I’ve reached the point where Valkyrie is standing by a full moon. But I can do nothing. The hint says I need to go to a specific spot in that scene, but it doesn’t work. Thus I can’t complete the game.
Another, smaller issue is that a small ad appeared advertising another game. The only way to get rid of that is to download the other game. This is highly intrusive considering I paid for an ad free game

Could not get onto next level
This game which I have paid for would not let me travel through the portal onto the next level, I have had to reload the game and start from the beginning again which is annoying progress should be saved automatically if problems arise
Major fail
I liked this game and get many of their products. In this one, I got all the way after the helicopter to the mansion, got in the mansion, cleared the stairway and entered the room with the monster, and the game says I need some light. However, I can’t go back, forward, sideways, etc. so I have to shut down the game. Irritating for an $8 game. Running on iPad Pro 2nd generation 15.7 iOS
I had several other things open, so I removed all the other apps from active, including this one, then restarted … landed right back in the same place with the same bug. No options, e.g. backward arrow, inventory, etc.

Magic City Detective by LynxMinx
In case any of you were wondering where I’ve been for the last couple of Domini games, my promo codes did not work properly and I was unable to review the game, as the App Store was not recognizing that the game was purchased. Extremely annoying and my ratings for both prior games is 1 star! As if I would ever pay to play a Domini game. 😡 On to this game. This time the game unlocked with the promo code but support STILL gave me the incorrect promo code and I actually paid for the upgrade. Yes, it’s only a dollar but it’s the principle here. Of course I got a refund. They should be paying ME to play and review at this point, because nobody has brought in more revenue for Domini than I have! What needs to happen is that there should be one version only. It is extremely confusing and everyone would buy the deluxe version anyway. But Oleg is overcharging all of you, and cookie cutter games with major lack of touchscreen sensitivity on the gameplay interface are not worth $8.99. I did not know that was the price since I do not pay! I am appalled. Everyone needs to write to Domini and complain because Oleg is being very greedy. And get this! Wait for it. He is considering eliminating his quality assurance department! Can you imagine? I have written to him with a warning but he doesn’t like to hear the truth. If he keeps it up, Domini will fail and we don’t want that to happen. Nor should anyone pay so much for a game. I’m glad one of you mentioned the price because I had no idea it was that high! I won’t save Oleg from bankruptcy a second time! The first time was so stressful I got shingles.
This game had an interesting storyline, some unusual and challenging HO scenes, enjoyable puzzles and games. That being said , the lack of touchscreen sensitivity made it very difficult to manipulate several mini-games and I was so frustrated that I skipped them. It was a very lengthy game, inclusive of the bonus adventure. I am being generous with a 4 star rating, but we need cohesion. One version only. Either buy it or don’t. Oleg needs to lower the price by one dollar. Then it’s worth it. But having two versions confused everyone and there were too many glitches. I did not realize there was a sound issue. I play on silent mode all the time, as I am monitoring quality assurance. God help us if Domini eliminates their quality assurance department! I know the inside scoop but I cannot share it. Oleg, you had better get with the program or you will lose a lot of revenue and a lot of gamers. Next game had better run smoothly and my promo codes had better work correctly. Or else, Oleg! People should not be paying so much for problematic games. If Oleg wanted more revenue he should have given us EIPIX! Why don’t you all write and complain about that? That was MY DEAL and Oleg ruined it! He basically left the marvelous Mirko Topalski with no legacy at all. Oleg doesn’t realize that EIPIX was way more original than Domini, with their unusual storylines and novel inventory usage. I know all of you would have purchased these games. Maybe we need to put pressure on Oleg. It’s not enough to say, “let someone else write.” You ALL need to do your part! Everyone needs to email Domini and request EIPIX! Don’t you want more games? Oleg would actually benefit and everybody would be happy. Too many creative people have left Domini, including his original Director of Marketing (I miss you, Val!), Director of Quality Assurance and his COO, and the games are pretty much identical. We need something different. Give us EIPIX already. Sorry to rant but I have had it with the poor quality assurance and my promo code issues! I do not need this stress. I have worked very hard for all of you, and now you need to help me. Just write to Support and ask for those games. Short and sweet! Thanks everyone! Also, thank you to my new Support specialist. I won’t mention your name but I know how hard you are working and I really appreciate it! Happy gaming to my amazing iOS community! We will eventually get this mess sorted out.
