Malware-ish
It's crazy it fails to work and I can't even go to the Home Screen anymore.. it keeps pulling this up keep being in the foreground. I can't even kill it.. It pops back in the foreground and I mean I can't get out of the app. Basically I'm gonna have to try to catch it quick and un-install it or something.

New update has issues
iCloud disappeared and suddenly my widgets are gone. Did something just happen with the new update?
App Crashes Frequently & Requires Reinstall
When using Classic Widgets the app crashes on launch when 1) a countdown timer has finished and 2) when attempting to reinstall from backups.
This happens every time and it is very annoying. I have to uninstall and reinstall the app from scratch and re-customize it to make it functional again.
When will this be fixed?

Update to previous review
Update: Dev responded and suggested fresh install. Did this and had to re-configure things but everything works great now.

Horrible update - Keeps disappearing from the widget screen
Used this without issues for several years. Recently replaced widget began disappearing and would randomly reappear. Now I have a white box with directions to select a widget to show - have followed these directions but it isn’t working. Sooo frustrating. Guess I have to delete it.

I don’t get this app,all the things I’m looking for don’t work or don’t exist. I want to see my current set Alarms, not possible. I want to launch the phone app to see my recent calls or to go to the keypad, doesn’t work. Launching Apple Maps takes me to Safari then that opens Maps, ridiculous. There are more but I’m tired of wasting time on this app.

I really wanted this to work
Does not work with 15.3.1 on the iPadPro. Can’t successfully install and add widget. Adding them in the app is no problem, but it fails when trying add group to a widget from the launcher app. Bought the pro version. Will be getting a refund.

The best one- I’ve tried them all
I’ve tried every one on the App Store & can tell you this is the best.The learning curve is very slight. It took me about 20 minutes of playing around with it to learn. If you’re a visual learner, they have great instructions. I learn by doing which admittedly takes Laugh out longer. It’s very features Ricch & they give you a lot of space to customize the way you want. There’s plenty of room for apps & websites.
The free version is great & is a good start. I bought the Pro version & am very happy with it.

Both iOS13 and iOS14 cannot config quick setting. Error message is "Cannot find the shortcut Open Settings"

Cannot get app support for the life of me!!
I purchased the Pro version within minutes of downloading this app. Half of these do not work, and I do not have the Pro version options after purchasing. Also tries to charge me again for family members on my family sharing, though states “supports up to 6 on family sharing”.
I have emailed 3 times from the app itself, and via email to the address listed here, a total of 4 times now. (The ones from email come back as “Undelivered Mail Returned to Sender”). Attempted contact through social media accounts listed in app, and states “away”. It’s terrible to think that one must go through all of this for a purchased item, yet still, get not one reply from any source!
If and when I’m contacted back, I would possibly change the rating, as there are many options (or so it states... Who knows, as some I can’t use without purchasing again?!). It’s apparent that a lot of work was put into the app... It would be really nice if half as much work was put into emails/support.
