Game not working

When I try to play, it loads to 13%, and says I am not connected to internet!!!

Problem

Are used to love this game and then I accidentally deleted it and I finally found it again there is a glitch. It says it when he gets to 13%. It says that the Internet is disconnected. My Internet is not disconnected and it continuously says that so you can’t end up playing the game, so whoever created this game needs to fix the glitch.

Not loading anymore.

Have been playing for quite some time and now won’t load and says no internet connection. Have done all troubleshooting to no avail. I finally deleted the whole game. Very frustrated.
