WHATS WRONG??
Been playing this game for quite a while. I’m all caught up waiting for new levels. And that’s fine. I enjoy it so I’ll keep playing. But I’m not sure if it’s just mine or something else. I’ll open the app and it’ll get to 96% and won’t load any further. Can someone help with that? I’m worried if I delete and reinstall it’ll make me start over again. Please help and advise. I’ll change my rating once I either hear something or it gets fixed. Thank you!

Short Storyline
I enjoy the potions mini-game, but for some levels you have to use the special currency to beat it.
It seems that I have completed the available storyline, and now no way to receive more of the special currency without spending money (I will not). I have 13 stars stored up, now on a level game labeled “coming soon.”
Perhaps I need to completely finish a book to unlock the next place to spend stars (and get special currency)?
I have very little motivation to play now because 100 energy doesn’t last long without being able to use the stars to get more energy.
I’m incredibly sad about this situation. I really, really enjoyed this game - above all the other merge games!
But it will soon be time to remove the app to free up data for a game with more consistent content.

Decent game
Regardless of what others say, I like this game. I didn’t at first. But now it won’t load

You can skip this game. It’s gone thru so many changes but it’s clear that the devs don’t play their own game. When you merge, there’s a chance that you can get a second copy of the result if you pay currency for it within a certain amount of time. When this time has passed, it reverts to an obstacle bubble of the first item in the chain (for example, Glasses) that can only be removed if you pair another Glasses with it. But many, many levels, you will never get Glasses from the random draw button, so the obstacles just build and build so eventually you have no room left to play the game. I have screenshots of this but there is no support for this game, and no one to send it to. Keep that in mind if you have to get a refund for some reason (aka - you probably can’t)

Buggy
I like the concept - it’s different for a merge game and the mini games would be great if they weren’t so repetitive. I like merge games with multiple different boards to play on.
But it’s really buggy and underdeveloped. I’m all the way at the end of a book and it just doesn’t complete the last chapter. It also sometimes has a bug that doesn’t display the icons for an entire set of objects, so you can’t see what they are.

Constant bugs, No customer support, Not able to save progress
I have played multiple game apps and never had an issue with a game until this one. Got to about the 4th spell book and the game left me stuck at the end of a level. Level was completed and it kept shooting an error message. I did all normal troubleshooting (restarting phone, etc). When that didn’t work, I uninstalled and reinstalled and had to start the game from the beginning again. Here I am, 3rd cookbook in and it’s glitching again and won’t let me progress in the game. This time, it’s not letting me use the stars in the hall. I regret giving them my money. Frustrating and disappointing.

Latest update removed all my progress???
I’m a completionist that enjoys seeing things listed at 100%. I had 2 normal books at 100%, the christmas special book at 100%, and the latest book on my shelf at 90%. The latest update didnt remove my books, but all my book progress. I don’t want to have to redo it all so unfortunately it’s just not worth me having this app anymore.

Simple but fun
[The energy charges while you’re out of the app so that review is wrong.] New update seems to have put my progress on all books to 0%…dunno if that’s intentional…kind of afraid to play now haha.
Otherwise, the minigames last too long in my mind. The coins you can get while merging to play 1 level are more ideal to me. When you play from the arcade using a token you have to play from level 1 and seemingly can go to level 10. It’s just a lot for me to want to go through so I haven’t been using arcade tokens lol.

Unable to play. Won’t open. Deleting.
Very disappointing.
Bug
I can no longer play the game. After I completed an are the game crashed and now when I open it up it tries to give me the rewards but it says ops something went wrong and it won’t let me play
App won’t load
When I go to play it won’t load any higher than 90% before telling me something went wrong. I have wifi and not many apps on my phone
Just Meh.
It’s easy to run out of things to do. There’s only a few “find the hidden stars” maps. You earn stars by completing orders, but it’s more efficient to sell the items after they are level 2 or 3, because anything after that and they start losing value/ per piece used to create the item. I have all the books maxed to 100%, and have another 86 stars just waiting for new maps. It takes 12 stars to complete a map so I’ll just be bored every time a new map comes out. You can skip this game.

Overall great gameplay but in order to get energy I have to be on the app. If I exit out of the app, my energy stays at 0.

Can’t really give it much of a review because it won’t open. Every time I click on it, I get the opening logo then it completely shuts off.

I originally installed and didn’t like but then I installed again. I realized the first time I was hitting on wrong stars. I’m liking it now
Fun, but kinda rigged to make you purchase
The graphics are cute, it’s mindless fun. But the game has some issues that kind of rig it to need purchases to continue. You collect stars by creating items with energy and then merging items to fulfill recipes. This fills the star bar with points to gain a star, but the number of points needed increases with the levels, meaning you have to spend more energy, and potentially pay real money to get more energy. And, as you get closer to filling the star bar, the value of the merged items decreases. An empty star bar get recipes for 125 points, but as you fill the star bar the recipes are only worth 15 points, which means you have use A LOT of energy to create anything. And the 15 point recipes are more complicated items that need more merges to create. Again, more energy needed, purchase required to continue. You can wait for energy, but after a while it’s just not worth it. Especially for the limited nature of the game.
