However, we’d like to clarify that lighting is no longer an issue. The app now works reliably even in very low-light environments, so you can perform in virtually any setting without concern. We also noticed multiple attempts to obtain the app for free before finally purchasing it. While we understand your disappointment, it’s important to remember that the effect relies on specific visual principles — for example, not covering the card, as shown in the photo you shared with us. The app remains highly practical and suitable for real-world, impromptu performances, which is why it’s been adopted by many professionals and received strong praise from respected magicians such as Henry Harrius, Eric Chien, and David Penn. Your refund request was processed and declined by Apple, over which we have no control. We’ve responded to all your messages professionally and with full transparency.
