Works great for me as long as I disable wifi on my touch. It doesn't display ads if there is no network connection.
My issue is with keeping track of poison counters. If this app were updated to keep track of scores and poison counters I'd pay a couple bucks for it.

The ads are in the way
This app is nice and it does what it says but if your iPod goes idle while you are playing (which it will) then when you turn it on the ad covers the name and life points of the last player. In order to make it go away I try to edit player 1s name and just click return and it goes away but I think you should have to do that seeing as you so almost everytime you go to change someones life points.

Has Potential
I want to like this app but the ad is totally annoying!!! It keeps moving on me and I sometimes can't even see mine or my opponent's score! Please fix!
Really? You just clear without a confirmation?
Simple and pretty. The +/- counters are hard to hit. The 'Clear' button doesn't ask for a confirmation...one slip and you lost it.

So simple yet still screwed up. Ads block your score. FAIL.
Good enough
Keeps life and the multiple buttons makes big life jumps more convenient. However the ads take up screen space that could be used to make the buttons bigger. Right now it's a bit too easy to accidentally clear your life total.
Worth the cost.

Why on earth would you require iOS4 to use such a simple application? Poor, poor choice. You've single-handedly managed to alienate every other iPhone user.

Nice graphic, Fun and easy to use
I am a Magic Player myself and constantly find myself looking for a writing pad to keep my friends from cheating his life point. This app does a great job of keeping the score as well as keep the players name saved after I exit the app. A must for every Magic player out there. Highly recommend.
