Help! My app stopped working
I’m trying to get my order updated but the app says I don’t have a subscription but I’ve ordered 6 books. It won’t let me tell you I have a problem because it says I don’t have an email set up but I get emails almost every day about orders. When I go to the online it won’t show me the orders. It’s very frustrating.

App not working
After using the same email I used to buy the book, the app is blank and doesn’t work.
APP STOPS
The app stops not even mid way. Sometimes it just gives me a blank screen.
I have deleted and reinstalled it 3 times. It’s a really nice concept, but I haven’t gotten through one book yet.
The books are beautiful, but right now the app sucks.

Very unorganized and complicated if more than one child
They don’t even know how to tell you to correct it and the things they tell you to do don’t work. I have two grandchildren one is now receiving four books received one everything they told me to do doesn’t work and you can’t talk to anybody in person it’s only through messages which is BS… If this doesn’t work right this time I’m canceling just because it’s too much stress and it creates hurtful feelings between the kids

DO NOT PURCHASE
They’re complete fraud. I made an order on December 19 and also got their subscription. When I purchased I knew it would “arrive after Christmas” . On December 28th I still hadn’t received any tracking number or details so I reached out and almost instantly received an email that my order was now on its way and after checking the tracking number it said estimated date of arrival was January 3rd which I thought was great. Comes January 3rd and nothing. I checked the tracking number again and it’s across the country and USPS is still “awaiting the item”. I read comments on instagram and I’m not the only one this has happened to.

Purchase unfulfilled
We purchase a subscription package on December 12, 2025 under a special promo guaranteeing delivery before Christmas, it’s now Christmas Eve and they have failed to ship a physical copy of the book yet, they promised we could access our books digitally through the app but that doesn’t work either the app just tells you the story in in progress of being made still. They have all of this Jargon about the time frames that things ship out but that timeframe is a lie. They have not don’t anything since my order 11 days ago. Contacting support to get a refund because none of the terms of the original purchase were satisfied.

You emailed me to view my preview redirect me to this app, but every time you click the link in the email to view the preview it redirects you to download this app even if you already have it! So then if you try going into your library in the app it doesn’t work
Do Not Trust
Poorly designed application of questionable value and privacy protection. Do not trust companies that exploit others.

Love this app
We listen to the music every morning when I drop my kids off at school. Typically my son does not like music but he loooooves these songs! His favorite is When Pigs Fly. I love them too! It’s also been amazing using the app for story time. My son loves his personalized stories and the narration. I also like that I don’t have to read! His favorite book is There’s No Such Thing as Monsters and Never Play Tennis with a T-Rex. Needless to say, this app has been so helpful and fun!

These are the best books ever! The stories are helpful and the characters are beautiful. They really do an amazing job. And the fact that you can personalize them to your child is so very cool! I will be sure to tell my friends.

I’ve never used an app like this before! I don’t have kids or anything but I wouldn’t definitely use this for gifts for family and friends.

Great music and stories!
My daughter loves singing and dancing to all the music. They pair well with the books. The read aloud option is a nice break for Mom :)
