App not working on Apple TV

Very frustrating, after renewing the subscription the App is just frozen on Apple TV. It works on the iPhone but not all channels are available.

Account Info

When I signed up, it automatically selected a subscription choice for me with out my knowledge. The account they chose for me is charging me $16.99 with out my consent or authorization. I went to the settings and I am unable to change it. This needs to be fixed ASAP. I also want my refund.

The first 2 weeks are a trial. If you choose to subscribe you will get another 2 weeks before you get charged. If you check your subscriptions in your apple account and there isn’t a Magic TV Box subscription, then you have not been charged. Scam

It says this app costs 6.99 and you can’t change the subscription. It seems like a scam

Bad app

I have paid for a subscription for this app. Now the app won’t open and it drops off. I have deleted and installed again and it’s the same problem
