The game keep freezing at times and when u go to the bank there no key and your stuck.. I love the games if these where fix I would gave it 5stars.. I read a lot tha5 have the same problem.. please please fix it.. it would be nice that you have a bag like your list but u can’t see the full list.. also it be nice that the maps show where this are..

Need fixed I love the game so far but it got stuck going to the fault, there no key to be found and I even deleted it and reinstalled and it still stuck.. please fix this

Love the game but I am stuck in the bank section. I have run everywhere on the map but there is no key to get further in the game. I uninstalled it and reinstalled the game hoping I missed something but still no key. Did I miss something?

I really enjoy this game but the amount of forced ads is ridiculous I’d give it five stars but with the amount of forced ads you can’t play more than a minute

Iv been stuck not finding the key iv done both of the dungeons and still no key it is a bit annoying because I was loving the game now I’m just stuck with nothing I can do
Stuck in vault tower
I uninstalled and reinstalled 3 times causing me to start over 2 times. Every time I get to the bank vault that requires a key, none has dropped and keep getting stuck. Is there a glitch? I heard this has been ongoing for months or a year now? Please fix this, I don’t want to delete this game altogether

Stuck!
Im the the wizard tower with the rainbow crystals. I went forward accidentally bypassing the waypoint. Now im teleported past the waypoint with no way back. I’m stuck with no way out. Could we get a way to warp back to the beginning of a level? I deleted the game and reinstalled it and played all the way to where I was before. I beat the wizard and still the key doesn’t work for the last door Very disappointed in the game especially since I paid for the 2x drops

Level stuck
I paid for the X2 forever deal and not even 48 hours after I get stuck on a map and have no way to get back. There’s no button or way to go back to the main island. I don’t know if other people are having this issue but I’m very upset. Not only did I waste $5, my excitement was crushed by this. I hope this is fixed soon.🤬

Wanted to love it
Fantastic game and then you get stuck. I’m going to delete and restart it because it’s the only thing I can think to do until there is an update fixing it.

Cute idea for a game but the constant forced ads make it essentially unplayable
Very fun game, however need some kind of update
This is a very fun game to play, however I am stuck in the banking section of the game where the doors are asking to use a key to unlock and no matter how many times I try to unlock the doors they won’t open and I know I have the key because I have got it after defeating the bad guy that was holding on to the key in the sewer section. I can only assume that this game needs some kind of update to fix the glitch that is causing the issue of not being able to use the key to unlock and open the doors.

Paid and game crashed
Fun game! Until I paid $4 for double resources. The game crashed and is stuck on the loading screen for hours. I hard closed the app and shut down the iPad. Still stuck loading.
