Top up bugged and they wont refund

Theres a few times i top up for what they advertised but they sent me wrong packages. Complained to the customer support but never get any resolution. Not even a refund. DONT TOP UP GUYS. This not only happened to me but also to other players too!! DO NOT TOP UP FOR THE LAZY DEVS!!
