Well, The Game Could be Great…
I love this game. It’s a fun Harry Potter-esque spin on the Roguelike formula with some unique mechanics. Where’s the problem? Well, there’s a major glitch right now and the last 4 messages I have sent to Support (over the course of a year or more) have gone unanswered. I’m a Customer Service supervisor and I don’t let inquiries go a day without being answered, let alone a year. Rollic should be ashamed of themselves. When you create a game like this but decide to neglect the support end of the operation, it just reeks of greed. Like, “we won’t answer your messages, BUT WE WILL HAPPILY TAKE YOUR MONEY [insert Mr. Krabs meme here.]” I can’t recommend this game until the support issue has been resolved. Once it has been, I will happily change my rating and update my review. This knock-off Hogwarts is one wizard in school that - for now - you should ignore your acceptance letter to.

The game is fun. Especially in the beginning. It has a large array of spells and items. However, the rewards, especially the items, seem to vanish and disappear when you check for them, especially the equipment. Which makes it more frustrating, because you get some good loot and then it’s all gone and all you have is gold and the flowers.

I downloaded this game and I ain’t going to lie it’s a fun game. But after several minutes of trying to play it. It lagged severally and crashed out on several occasions. These games need its bugs ironed out before downloading

Bugs bugs bugs. Invisible walks on levels stop you from moving. Worst is equipment you win on levels don’t get transferred to you after the level.
Puts The “Fun” In Dysfunctional
Ngl this game actually goes supes hard, but it crashes every couple minutes, then about every minute, then seconds, then immediately as you attempt to boot it up again. It’s so incredibly frustrating and unstable that it completely destroys the otherwise infinitely engaging ADHD paradise that this game SHOULD be allowed to be.

Needs help
Game is legitimately fun, but it crashes constantly, lags intensely every time there’s a lot of enemies, and overheats my phone so fast you’d think it was a crypto miner. Maybe it is. They did a huge update with loads more content, but it did nothing for the problems, made them even worse actually. It’s basically unplayable, which is sad.

Game crashes and is unplayable. Tends to happen when timer passes x minutes remaining mark. Go back in and resume game and allows you to play for a bit before crashing again

Game is glitched out
Haven’t been able to play this game in a week due to some glitch that has the entire game not loading any info. Went to the developer website and sent two emails to report this issue with no response. Very disappointing.
Update broke the game
I have many hours and money spent into this game. At the moment I can’t play the game. I emailed “support” 5 days ago and didn’t even get a courtesy we received your email and get back to you. Considering the amount of money I spent alone which is in the hundreds it is a slap in the face when no one reaches back out with a simple we are aware of the issue and will get back to you.

Glitchy
I like the game but it will not allow me to complete stage 5 now cause it keeps crashing & making me restart the stage all over again & redoing the same stage over & over, so I was hoping this can be fixed, Thank you! :)
Issues since update.
I love playing the game but since the update 5 days ago in the middle of playing the game will just stop working and take me back to my Home Screen. Each day I come back and play in hopes that the issue has been resolved and it continues to happen. I hope this can be resolved soon.

Purchased the magic mastery card the ad free card and the great wizard card. Game just updated yesterday and and I lost my magic mastery card. And don’t feel the need to pay 5 bucks when it was already purchased. Bummed.
Game Crashing
The game crashes a lot, and i have an iphone 13 up to date. When a swarm of monsters come in my game crashes and i have to re open the app.
They stole from me
I had over 100k gems before the latest update - a whole bunch of stuff was wonky after the update and now I only have 12k. To put that into perspective 14k gems costs $99.99...
Update: I just logged back in and now I only have 250 gems. So apparently don't leave a negative review or they will screw you over even further.
