Scammers
Made an order & never received it. Tried contacting multiple times and they never responded. The phone number on the website doesn’t even work. Had to get my money back from the bank. They have cool stuff there, don’t know how people run businesses like this.
Never received order after numerous texts
I placed an order in July 2025 for over $50 . It is now Jan 2025 .
I have sent numerous texts ( they don't answer calls)
The same response -" text customer support-we will get back in 48 hours . No duplicate text as it will take longer ." I think 6 months is ridiculous and no offer of a refund or merchandise- NO STARS!!

Scam
I ordered back in June. Still have not received order. No point in calling. You leave a message and no one calls back. After numerous emails I got one reply apologizing and saying they would forward to shipping. Still nothing!!
Wide variety of tools, but can’t login to website OR app
Bought from here over a week ago, and went to go login to check my order status since I haven’t received an update in awhile, just to try and login multiple times unsuccessfully. It won’t let me change my password, it won’t send me an email to change it (I checked every folder it could’ve went to, haven’t received an email AT ALL) but I sure get discount emails. Fix the login issues!!!!!

Great company
I love the variety of products they offer and their prices. I ordered before and my items came quickly and are in excellent condition. The app is fine but it doesn’t show the favorites that I added on the website directly nor does the cart. I really wish they would bring back the link on their website & app for clearance items (50% off). More advanced filters would be great. Searching through their products can be time consuming and tedious because filtering is limited.

Terrible customer service
I placed an order about a month ago and haven’t received it. I tried to call the customer service number and never have been answered, sent an email several weeks ago I received an email saying they had received my email and will respond within 72 hours. Have not heard anything. I keep emailing and calling with no response. I would be careful ordering from this company. Seems sketchy

IF I COULD RATE THIS NO STARS WITH A WARNING I WOULD THEY REFUSE TO REFUND MY MONEY AND ALSO REPLIED ONCE TO MY EMAILS FAKE SCAM APP DO NOT USE I ORDERED ITEMS ON MAY 6 2024 IT IS NOW JUNE 15 2024 AND I HAVE YET TI RECIVE A REFUND OR EMAIL AS TO WHY MY PACKAGE HAD NOT BEEN DELIVERED after multiple emails of requesting my money back not one had been returned. Absolutely Dishonest and Untrustworthy
I ordered from this site 2020 and did a credit card dispute after they claimed they shipped my order but then admitted they didn't even have the items in stock, then refused to acknowledge my request to cancel. After trying to cancel & the bank dispute which they never responded to, they still sent the items. Month later, Rachel proceeds to harass me via email, went as far as contacting the local Sheriff to claim I stole the items, & INSANELY put my phone #, email, & address on a public website!

Cool items; but there’s nothing in stock
I wanted to buy a lot of the products here, but I couldn’t find one item of my interest without it being out of stock.

Unfortunately some items are out of stock due to COVID. We have a few thousand items that are currently in stock.

You can’t find deals like these anymore. The website and app are very easy to scroll through. I bought a spell book for my son and he loved it. Definitely interested in buying more.
