Terrible app. I requested a refund a month ago cause the video generation was subpar i was charged2x
I was charged twice when I requested a refund within the day of using it. I got no response and have now been charged a second time for $15.00 I haven’t used the app at all. The customer service is subpar and they are a bad ai generator.

Scam beware
Beware - try change your plan and it bills you separately add another account and charges you in a Chinese name MAGICLIGHT then Chinese letters. They are hard to get in touch with too and don’t bother replying.

These people are SCAMMERS!!!!! They will take your money and you would end up crying. They were doing a promotion and I made a mistake and clicked on and linked my bank. And they charged me for a one year subscription. I’m trying to get them to cancel but I can’t even do that. RUNNN AND DONT LOOK BACK.

Ich weiß nicht, was seit gestern an der App geändert wurde, aber One Click Video funktioniert über das iPhone aktuell überhaupt nicht mehr.
Zwei Monate lang lief alles einwandfrei, jetzt ist die Nutzung faktisch nicht möglich.
Ich hoffe sehr, dass das Problem zeitnah gefixt wird – andernfalls müsste ich leider mein Abo kündigen und mich nach einer alternativen App umsehen.

I paid for a subscription expecting high-quality videos, but the quality is terrible. The character I created looks completely different in the video. The transitions are also a mess—it suddenly jumps from one scene to a totally unrelated one for no reason. I bought the paid version to get professional quality, but the videos produced are unusable and low-quality. I’m very unhappy with this service
