Terrible customer service
Careful with this app, they will offer you free services, charge you and then refuse to reimburse you. The app offered me a free trial so I went for it and then they charged me $51 for an annual membership. I contacted Customer Service and they said I already used a free trial a while back ago so they charged me.. WHY WAS THEIR INTERFACE OFFERING ME A FREE TRIAL IF THAT WASN’T AN OPTION?! Bad customer service. They refused to reimburse me once I realized they charged my card TWO DAYS LATER, AND I was never granted Prime access, even after they charged me. ONE STAR for glitches to the ceiling and crooked Customer Service. I had to contact Apple for a refund, glad there are still honest and fair people out there.

It started out good, but as of recently I can't listen to the audios and like, it won't even let me press play on them... could totally be a me mistake, but yeah

Used to be better
The limit of how many you can listen to in a day is a pain. For the past few days I haven’t even been able to listen to 1 audio because it says I’ve reached my daily limit. Like I haven’t listened to anything on the app for over 76hrs yet it says I’ve reached my daily limit?
Don’t download
I don’t recommend downloading this if you think there is at least some free stuff. It’s impossible to tell what’s free and what you have to pay for. If you’re willing to pay for stuff go on ahead. You can not even sample the sounds so you can’t tell what’s free your paying for
