Doesn’t connect well

There is such a delay on the UI screen itself that I hoped the app would be better, unfortunately it’s worse. When it works it’s okay, but that is less than 30% of the time.

This is the worst

The app has been awful since spending $4k on this fireplace.flqmes are not correct, it doesn’t connect, ect. Zero app updates and even worse customer support.

Outdated App

It’s been 5 years since Magic Flame has updated their app. Consistent issues with the app, not connecting to wireless and dropping from my Bluetooth. I love my fireplace (wish it put out more heat). For the price customers pay, update the app!

Unable to control flame patterns with iOS 26. The rest of the app seems to work fine, just cannot toggle differing flame patrrrns.
