The plug and app does work once it’s registered and connected you don’t have to be in the same network to operate .
However this update says that it is optimized for iWatch but it is only on the iPhone and doesn’t show up anywhere on the IWatch for installation or otherwise.

Timer is strange
Setting the timer function is not accurate. The turn-off setting ranges from 5 to 45 minutes too early than what was set. A fix would be nice.

No updates. Mine seems to not recognize Friday no matter what I do. The times do not work with US est. I cant figure out what time zone its using. It’s very random. The only thing it does reliably is allowing me to manually turn it off or on. I think the developer has given up on this.

Planned obsolescence
Devices does not work anymore because software dependent. Supplier stopped updating this app. Not more compatible with iOS after ios 10. That means since more than one year.

Maybe the next version they can add back the ability to adjust the time of the on off schedule. Absolutely useless app when it won’t let you configure the on off time.

Sort of works
The app works to manually turn on and turn off the smartplug, but the scheduler does not work. I set up a schedule to turn the smart plug on and off at a specific time every morning. The times come and go, and the smartplug does nothing. No other problems have occurred.

Works but
Has been working then all of a sudden an error message pops up and stays in a loop. Deleted and reloaded but eventually error comes back after it works for a while
Can't even register...
Not too good when you can't even register for a new account. The checkmark used to submit does nothing. The device just blinks green and never shows up in BlueTooth.

Dommage que malgré toutes ces mises à jour, il n'ait pas été ajouté les SmartPlug 1E car l'ancienne application est complètement obsolète.

Real simple it works great when turning the plug on and off on your phone but don't bother scheduling a time to turn on and off it won't work. If they fix this issue I could give a better rating.
Needs improvement with time schedules
I've used this product and app for a few weeks now. The manual operation has generally worked fine with a couple issues connecting to the server.
I recently setup a time schedule to turn a lamp on & off morning and evening. The app gives no ability to set or see the "actual" current time your plug is on. I setup my plug to US/Detroit for Eastern time zone. I noticed tonight it's about 40 minutes early turning off. For some purposes that is not nearly accurate enough, and there is no indication in the manual what to do to improve this time inaccuracy. I can understand the plug's clock differing by up to a couple minutes from actual, but 40 minutes fast??? I would think the server should provide periodic time updates to the plug to keep it accurate. I was hoping this would adjust automatically spring and fall for DST, but it currently can't even correctly keep to the current time.
Update: Still the same issues with time schedules. Would like to see this product be compatible with Amazon Alexa for voice control.

Scheduling doesn't work anymore.
The plug is fine. The app worked well to control them. But since the last update, the scheduling doesn't work any longer. You can still turn on and off the plug with the app, just the scheduled times don't turn on or off.
