I love this app!
I really don’t understand the bad reviews on this app!! I absolutely love it and it writes the perfect descriptions for my website and a great SEO strategy to generate traffic to website! You only pay for what you need! Not expensive at all! Thank you for making my life easier!!! ❤️❤️❤️
Big issues not resolved
I was going to say 3 stars, but then I saw that my issues are long standing ones that others have experienced.
First off, there was no response to in app feedback when I pointed out that the whole reason to use an AI to write a professional description is destroyed if said AI uses the eord professional in every description. The same happens for "fun" and "witty". Shopify AI does a much better job.
Now, I am unable to get any description at all because the server is apparently unable to handle my requests. I keep getting the message to try back later. I still have 250 credits and I definitely want a refund. This is two days in a row, on Saturday and Sunday, peak listing times for me, that I can't use the app.

So glitchy
Horrible Glitching
This app started off great. I added money to my account and things were off to a great start. I absolutely loved it. Then yesterday in the middle of writing a description it glitched. Kept saying network issue. I tried everything. I reached out to customer service. I’m currently waiting to hear back. I tried resetting and finally deleting the app and reinstalling. Nothing is working. It won’t send to the phone number so I can log back in. NOTHING IS WORKING. waste of my money. I’m livid.

Contacted support but they dropped the ball. Doesn’t give me much confidence if they can’t get the registration process right. Too bad.
If only I could sign in
One Time Password does not work, and should not be needed for this app. Nothing security necessary would be used. I see others can't get it either. It would be a real timesaver if it worked.
Trouble creating an account
I would love to use this app, but I am having trouble creating an account. The app is unable to send a one time password to my phone and so I am stuck at that part of the sign up. I have tried contacting support for the app and although I received an email back indicating it is a know. Issue, it has been over 2 weeks with no solution. I tried creating a new account, but I would need a new phone number. I doubt I’m the only customer lost due to lack of a solution and communication. It’s too bad because this does look like an amazing solution for resellers. I will update my rating/ review if / when I am able to actually use the app. Hope that it is soon!!!

Awesome app for resellers
I got this app to use for descriptions on my listings . This app is a lifesaver. Saves me so much time posting trying to figure out what I am going to write . Punch some keywords in and a click and you have an full description instantly. It also helps me with my titles as well.I have been using this app for a few days testing it on older listings and I have had 5 listings sell within a day of changing the description. I will be forever a customer Thank you !!! If you are a seller on EBay,Poshmark, ETsY etc... definitely try the app. The price is very affordable. One “point” = 1 listing .

Very Pleased
Very happy with Magiscriptor. As a full time reseller it’s so important to use and be aware of the best tools . Time is money and even shaving a few minutes off of each listing process can add up to many hours saved each day . Thanks for this great new tool !
It’s a really good start
Good start, I felt enough editing was required that I may as well write the description myself though! If you are feeling blocked however, I could see it being worth it.
Problems with Creating Account
Would love to try out this app but can’t get through the registration process. OTP was never sent to phone but no way to double check if phone number was input correctly. No way to choose another method. Tried to create an account with a different valid email address and it said “check address” and would go no further. If it’s this difficult to set up an account, I wonder how glitchy the app will be.

Can’t wait to see improvements
I see the concept still needs some improvements, i’ve seen other Ai write better descriptions. When signing up, typing in my number verification code it was being a bit slow and giving me issues like it just kept deleting itself. Besides that good app. Good concept.
