Just pure trash
Use to love this app now it’s garbage
No longer cool
Used to be one of the best editing apps, but now the app is slow and editing bogged down for no apparent reason; it just spins while trying to load cont by for. Also, designers have not updated templates in forever, just same old same choices.
Not great for a beginner
The options and the music is not great and the edit very basic and not beginner friendly

Tried 3 times to make a video not just stops doesnt say why and never makes the video

Fraudsters
Charge you at every turn. Search to import your own music (custom and owned by me) and documentation says it’s possible but you have to pay $6.99 + $29.99 to find out it’s not possible. What a joke

This app use to work so well but has wasted my money ever since I renewed In January 2026. Every single video has been incomplete because of errors. Save your money and space on your phone. DO NOT Get this app. You will be disappointed. They also do not have customer service support.

TERRIBLE
I spent half an hour creating a video on a trial plan. All the sudden it has erros occurring in the system. I would not want to pay for the actual plan after this experience!
Just a bad app
I don’t know what you’re doing and why it says four stars .6 but that can’t be it’s just bad hard to explain

doesnt really show the effects and gives you no options for transition effects either. When you play the video while editing it does not show how the video will look. Adding words is also a pain as it does not automatically align and you have to click enter to make the words go down so it doesn’t go out of the edges of the frames. not worth $20+.

Bugs still
I paid for the subscription thinking it would be great software. However I’m finding out that there are loads of bug issues. I cannot get Google Photos to sync, it continually cycles through the getting access via google and nothing ever happens. The app crashed several times trying to edit a video. I would not waste your $$ on this app.

Upside down photos
Some of my photos came into the movie upside down. I don’t know why and I did not know how to fix it so I ended up removing them.
Trash
This app worked a few times then never worked again no matter what I tried. It also has glitches that ask you to sign into iCloud even though I already was and tells you to confirm an email but you can't confirm once you click on the link. Just lost $6.99 so you don't have to!

I like this app for sure but would recommend CapCut instead….

Glitches, hard to create videos in one go
This app constantly glitches, exits out mid-project, takes forever to upload photos, and overall is just so slow to create anything. Once you get it to work- the results are great
