This app gets stuck on checking for updates. Pretty useless and a waste of time.

Tried to use in Chicago at the 360, says checking for updates and goes black and does nothing.

When selecting Chicago, it says “checking for updates” and then doesn’t do anything else.
Paris seemed to work fine, though, so I guess it might be nice in that city.

Horrible app.
Got to top of Chicago 360, started to download the app and it took about 30 minutes.
Went to open it, and it froze several times on “checking for updates”
When it finally did start to update, that also was taking forever.
Is this even a real app?
Or something mining my phone….

Does not work
App fails to update in Berlin.
Very educational
We used the Magnicity App at 360 CHICAGO and it was great to learn more about the city, especially from the top of it! Would recommend downloading before you visit.
Great free add-on
It’s a cool app that matches the view to a 3D map and describes what you’re looking at. I used it at 360 Chicago but it looks like you can use it at their other properties around the world too. Informative and interactive. Better than an audio tour or map. If you’re visiting 360 Chicago, you should download it before you go!

Had to restart for the update to start, took a long time to set up, but once it was set up, good UI, information was interesting

The app wouldn’t load paste the screen that says, “checking for updates”. I don’t recommend.

We were at Chicago 360. It will only show us Berlin, and freezes on “checking for updates” when we try to select Chicago instead
