I’ve really appreciated how this app helps me to make the changes I’ve been seeking to accomplish (praying more and also with virtues and exercise). And that it doesn’t require much time (just 5-10 minutes each day)! It’s great that it helps me to celebrate my accomplishments and encourage me when I need it.

I do not usually spend time in reflection and this app has helped me to work through my day prayerfully with amazing responses to my day’s challenges as well as specific scripture to guide me along.

Keep track of your habits, AI helpers for your daily examinations, custom examination of conscience tailored to you! I just had to work through some emotions. I used the AI coach and cried beautiful tears. So helpful, faithful and truth spoken! The habit tracking holds me accountable. The daily examination is something I couldn’t discipline myself on my own and this app makes me want to because it provides immediate feedback. A must for those truly wanting to reflect on self, stay focused on growth, and stay grounded in truth.

Helping me to grow in holiness and joy!
I love this app for several reasons- setting goals, starting my days with the morning intention, and finishing the days with the Examen have really helped me to become much more intentional. It’s a great resource during Adoration and especially with preparing for confession. Finally, the timed reminders have been awesome- for example, when my Examen prayer leads me to want to be more present after work the next day, it suggests a reminder for when it’s most needed. I highly recommend this app no matter where you are on your faith journey- especially with the partner feature for those who would appreciate it!
