Night shift wont save
I work night shift that i work into the next day and get off at 1:30am and for some reason its telling me and i quote “ the time selected is before the work period start time or after the time span end time. Please refer to work period.” It let me save it when the update first happened but now for some reason this week its not. Some help would be appreciated.

Can never get in
This app irritates me to my core being, I very week to every other week I have to change my password because the face recognition stops working stating that I haven’t physically logged in for “14 days” when I could have logged in three days prior. Then when trying to change my password, it says request invalid. This app NEVER works and it’s so irritating. Why have face recognition if it’s going to constantly stop working? I can’t even save my password to my phone and just click to have it auto placed either, if I didn’t NEED this app to log my time, I would have gotten rid of it months ago.

Can’t login anymore
This app used to work just fine and I was able to log my hours. Since last week, I keep getting a “Your session has expired” message every time I try to login and it just bounces me back to the login page, which is not only extremely frustrating, but has now prevented me from being able to get paid on time. I’ve already reached out to the Magnit support team and they’ve opened a ticket, but there has been no communication back from them and no ETA on when this issue will be fixed. This is a horrible user/employee experience and affects employees greatly as they’re unable to get paid on time.

This app no longer works correctly I get an error every time I login in with my current SSO. Please fix ASAP!
Always broken and extremely mediocre customer service
There are so many bugs with this app, especially when you’re trying to submit overtime. I’ve also had to delete, download, and change my password many times to even get the app to log in. Face ID also doesn’t work. The browser is so much better. Counting down the days until my company moves to dayforce or workday (or literally any other app would be better)

Seriously terrible to use
Error messages are either vague or does not fit the screen so it does not help at all. Nothing about the operation of the app is consistent or works as expected. It should not be this hard to use or have frequent login issues.
Travel expense form is broken
I’m not sure if this is unique to my staffing company (Right Sourcing—the worst), but the travel expense form is hidden in a hamburger menu and is identical to the other expense form on the Home Screen. Assigning a cost center on the form requires scrolling through the entire list to the one you need. Awful, especially if you have to do it over and over again.

Timesheet data does not save. I’m forced to use the web site.
Literal garbage
How as developers can you guys not have a working clock in/out app. It breaks once a month. It can’t be that hard. Embarrassing. And their new IT support is awful and knows next to NOTHING.
Why doesnt the status ‘approved’ appear
My approved timesheets have the word ‘approved’ appear on my desktop but not on the mobile app

This is the most frustrating and zero user friendly app on the market!
Horrible
This app is very difficult for nurses to use because it gives so many pop ups and block you from entering your time. All the nurses at work complain about how tedious and finicky the app is. I spend more time dealing with issues on this app than anything else. Truly I HATE this app.
Locked out bug
It regularly has me create new passwords but once I’ve entered a new one, it then locks me out and endlessly asks me to create a new one! Infuriating
Doesn’t work
App doesn’t work for me on any mobile device. Able to login on pc and mac laptops with login information. Same login information is “invalid” when attempting to log into mobile app. Garbage

Omg give me back wand app back this new version is literally the worst constantly glitches and doesn’t recognize the imputed times , will literally input the same data 10-12 times and then will randomly accept the times. otherwise all the other attempts get the same error that the start time needs to be before the end time . Which the times are correct it’s just not reading the times correctly .

Clunky not easy to use
App continuously locks me out and says that “is been 14 days since you last logged in” and I have to re authorize Face ID. It’s not easy to use. Simplify!
Never lets me login, infinite wheel
Keeps saying incorrect password even after resetting. Then using single sign on, it gives me the spinning wheel indefinitely even after restarting the app.
App does not work
The app does not recognize my credentials. Works fine on the desktop. Unfortunately there os no way to use the browser on the cell phone to input time, keeps sending me to the app. The app that does not work. Tried to call customer support. Guess what? If its weekend or holiday-no support! Worst time keeping app ever. As a travel nurse i started to refuse assignments where they use wand as a time keeping system. And i state why i refuse assignments. Worst experience ever. These 5star ratings a bogus!
