Waitlist issues
I love coming here for brunch with my husband and we usually utilize the waitlist to wait at home then head to the restaurant once our table is ready. Now, to join the waitlist their website says to download this app, but upon downloading it says the waitlist has been shut down to give more accurate wait times? I am also unable to join any wait list that is over 10 miles from my current location so we will have to wait at the restaurant during our wait time. I know that seems like not a big deal but the fact we had to do all these steps just to find out the waitlist is no longer active is pretty frustrating, not to mention I’d much rather spend my wait time in the comfort of my home rather than in a crowded and loud waiting area.

Unable to join waitlist
The website says to download the app to join the waitlist, however when you try to join from the app it says the waitlist has been shut down. A key feature of the app is unusable.
App Adds Difficulty
We love Magnolia Pancake Haus. It is very popular and we often utilize waitlist to secure our spot. This app makes it difficult to join the waitlist. It does not show how long the wait is until you join the wait list. Thus, I have to keep joining and removing myself from the waitlist in order to time our arrival. Also, the app crashes when I attempt to create an account and enter my birthday.
