Very reliable!
I have often used the services of Magnum and have found them very dependable on each occasion. They kept me informed of their time of arrival and turn up at the agreed time. Their drivers are helpful and polite. Would certainly recommend!

Very poor app
So I downloaded the app. Hit the first problem when it asked for my email address and it told me iCloud wasn’t a valid email address!! So I tried ntlworld and got the same. Tried my gmail address and it finally worked. Bad start. Then it wanted me to add a credit card with all the details. It didn’t seem secure and I hadn’t even had an email confirmation request so I didn’t think it was wise. You obviously can’t pay with Applepay. Well, as they don’t even recognise iCloud as an address I’m not surprised. So I stopped. Not using this app as it seems amateurish.

Great ride.
Rob has picked me up, not in a gay way obviously, on many occasions. Top man, great service and clean taxi.
Overly expensive
Too expensive, uber for the same journey is over £10 cheaper, never ever using it again. Not even a peak time journey and the waiting time is 14 minutes.

When booking thu the app they change the drivers 3 times at least !!! Then when ringing up they are very rude and put the phone down . Wouldn’t travel with kids eaither as very rude

A rude driver we encounter this morning, we go to eastmead salford.because of the short distance and we have 3bags and a wheelchair to carry he is not happy!!!!

Very buggy, but when it works it’s okay.
With Magnum Whiteline you can only pay by card when trips are booked through this app, which would be fine if it worked half the time. Just have to keep deleting and reinstalling the app until it decides to confirm the booking.
And also you have to remind the driver a hundred times that you’re not paying by cash...

Sceptical to download the app, but shouldn’t have been. Picked up from Piccadilly station slightly early ( not a problem). Pleasant ride home!

Didn’t recognise any addresses I was putting in but recognised ones for Oxford and Tennessee!
