Magostays Caretaker

Magostays Caretaker is the field app for caretakers who look after Magostays-managed properties. It is issued to authorised staff only; accounts are created by a Magostays administrator and the app is not open to public sign-up. WHAT YOU CAN DO Your day, clearly Open the app to see the property you are working on and the tasks due today, with your progress as you complete them. Task proof Capture a photograph in the app when you finish a task. Each photo is stamped with the time and place it was taken, so completed work is verifiable without any paperwork. Audits Complete structured audit checklists for a property, recording notes, photographs and, where required, a short video walkthrough. Tickets Raise an issue at your property and follow it through to resolution. History Look back over everything you have completed, filtered by property and date. Magostays Caretaker requires an active Magostays staff account.
