Poor Customer Service
Accidentally entered incorrect email trying to create a library card account in Magzter Library App. Have sent several emails requesting help correcting my email and never receive a reply.
Missing on dailies
All of a sudden lot of daily newspapers like TOI, Indian express, Loksatta, Sakal are vanished
Needs Copy and Paste - Desperately
My local library uses this app and it works well, except…..
Many of the magazines include links in them. The links do not work, which is bad. But worse, I can’t copy the link and paste the link into a browser. Nor press and hold to ‘look up’.
Because of this, the articles lose much of their depth and leave me frustrated. I have given up
Our library has changed apps before. I hope they ditch this one and try again.

Selection is awful
All the magazines available on the different app used through public library are not here! A few were here when transitioning to it but by April 2023, none of those magazines are available.
Terrible selection, filtering, etc.
Not a good app. I used another before my library adopted this one and I wish they’d go back. Terrible selection with mostly free magazines that you pick up in stores when you travel. Filtering is limited…just not good.
