This app doesn’t work. It gives you 5 second in total to sent an sms and get authenticated from the server. The app is so slow that it even doesn't reply back in 5 second.
The great minds who have design it did not bother to test it in real world and the best part with BOM is that Mahaconnect the supposedly online banking support team never ever response to your query.
Whoever trying to associated with BOM please refrain. They are most unprofessional employees at the branch, knowing nothing about their own process, unwilling to help you, becomes arrogant if you try to communicate with them logically.
You really have to hit hard to get the anything done from BOM. When I am writing this review its been already 1 month I haven’t receive a response from Mahaconnect for my online account issue.

After update also same error of failed. Pl solve.
BoM Internet Banking and app is beyond joke!
Seriously how can you let your customers go through this terrible experience every time? Internet banking and mobile app are pathetic quality. It’s like running a bullock cart on a shiny 6 lane highway. That’s exactly the experience of using this app/netbanking compared to how other banks are running theirs.

Worst App of BoM
BoM has one of worst app ever, every single time it has some issues. Most unfriendly app for the BoM customers. It doesn’t even open with correct PIN, unnecessarily logs incorrect PIN attempts & get blocked for 24 hrs. I’m fed up with this app of BoM. It doesn’t deserve even a single star.

Very bad app by Maharashtra bank
This app is a waste of time specially if you are planning to bank from abroad. I’m in U.K. and I had to spend a lot to send international messages to register which is only option available. But still it returning a message as message didn’t reach the server and the authentication fails. After several attempts I’m not able to register. Please give other ways to register which will save time and money for people who are abroad. Thanks

I don’t want any more sms verification
App is not working for NRI customers. SMS verification is failing as expected . Verification can be done on email as well . I don’t understand why the so much technical complexity for a simple authentication process . I don’t want anymore SMS verifications , I want option for email verification as well. However I want to bank with bank of Maharashtra, I did switched to different bank for banking since there is no easy of banking with government banks , I think the bank doesn’t even care .

Unable to register
I hold an NRI a/c with your bank and have difficulties registering on the new app. The SMS function does not work from UK.
Worst app ever existed !!!!
I am really frustrated with mahamobile plus app which has recently replaced the old app. This new app doesn’t work with accounts which has International numbers as registered mobile number. During registration, When I am trying to send sms from my international number, it by default adds +1 as country code to the number which I am assuming is incorrect and it should be +91. However, I tried to find a workaround to that by saving the number before hand and sending the text to saved number within 5 secs. But, that is not working either and I am getting invalid phone number error. The old app used to work perfectly fine for me. But now that you have deprecated the old app , web login doesn’t allow you to login (which I believe should be the bare minimum facility for banks supporting net banking ) and with new app not working either, I am pretty much sitting abroad without having any access to my money sitting in your bank. That’s the worst service I have ever received from any bank so far. I hope I get reply to this feedback from developer and possible resolution on this.

Not able to register
Hi ,I live in UK and after downloading this app, I had to register… it asks me to send an sms which doesn’t go thru because of which I am not able to register… plz advise
