Order showed delivered but wasn’t
We use Maharaja regularly to eat in but tonight we ordered a delivery. After waiting for an hour our order showed as delivered, but it wasn’t. I rang to ask why and was told they were waiting for a driver to pick up our order and that we should have it in 15mins. After a further 30 mins of trying to call but getting no answer I ended up calling at the restaurant in person. Whilst there my order turned up at my home after almost 2 hours from placing my order. We ordered a take out for speed rather than eating in as usual, but turned out to be the wrong decision……Not a happy customer on this occasion!

Good site easy to use. However , impossible to redeem loyalty points from your order. Phoned for help but no one knew how to use them
