I ordered a product and on the application the shipping fee was around 2$ I visited and paid,then start waiting for
My product but they called and said we made a mistake and the shipping fee is around 30$, I struggled a few days till I cancelled my order and got my money back.

The most rubbish application in iraq
I have ordered an order and its has not passed the amazon till now and the stuff isnt replying to me so annoying i have already payed and cant return my money back
Order cancelled after 24 days of waiting and bad support
The status of my order was “ordered on marketplace” on their app and I contacted support 3 times to check why it wasn’t updating, they mostly ghosted and ignored me and when they did reply they said it was fine, now after 22 days of the order i went to their store and they said it was cancelled.

تطبيق فاشل و ما يشتغل مضبوط. كصيت اوردر بعدين همه كنسلوه و ما يقبلون يرجعون الفلوس. يبقى يمهم بالتطبيق حتى تطلب منهم و ما قبلوه يرجعون الفلوس. دير بالكم منهم

خدمة سيئة جداً ، ماعدهم مصداقية ، الطلب من متاجر الخليج يتأخر اكثر من شهر ، في حال الغاء الطلب ميرجعون المبلغ
