You pay upfront and u get charged for bounce

Not sure how the app functions with the emi and its calculations, pretty straightforward it should have been but there is no sense with the emi paid function, u pay upfront and still they try charging you and get a bounce charge. Will

Need to update

The Mahindra Finance app is not showing clear details about the check bounce charges or the loan breakdown. I am receiving messages about penalties, but the app does not provide proper information about the exact penalty amount or check bounce charges. This lack of transparency is very disappointing. Kindly update the app with complete and clear loan details

The worst

Not only is it the worst tractor I’ve ever bought. But it’s a nightmare trying to figure out how to make a payment on it. Despite the fact, I would truly like to send it back. The dealership has been less than helpful. And Mahindra has even been worse.

High Interest Rate – Mahindra Finance

I would like to share my feedback regarding the high interest rates being charged by Mahindra Finance. While the company provides easy and accessible loan options for customers, especially in rural and semi-urban areas, the interest rates are comparatively much higher than other financial institutions and banks.

Such high rates increase the total repayment amount significantly and put unnecessary financial pressure on customers, even those with a good repayment history. I believe Mahindra Finance should reconsider its current rate structure and make it more reasonable and competitive.

Reducing the interest rate will not only help in improving customer satisfaction but will also build greater trust and long-term relationships with clients. Offering flexible repayment options or lower interest for regular payers can also motivate customers to stay loyal to Mahindra Finance.

I hope the management reviews this matter seriously and takes steps toward making the finance process more customer-friendly and fair for all.

It will not let you set up an account. It asks for a phone number and puts a +91 in front of it. We need a US version.

Loan at Very HIGH Interest rate

They lure you into taking a loan by saying the interest rate is only 1.5%, but they don’t mention that it’s per month, and not per year. Normally, loan interest is quoted annually, but they present it in a way that looks much lower than it really is. For example, 1.5% per month works out to about 20% annually - which is even higher than most personal loan rates.

About update

This update application is not fixed in ios users especially iOS version 5.6 so we are problem about the application please fixed the problem. I cannot make a payment through this application and can't download any SOA.

No answer for emails and calls

I called the customer care and spoke they told in 6 day will be solved and agin on 9th day uncalled them they said immediately the problem will
Be resolved but not solved and they don’t reply for emails also it is one of the worst customer care I never seen.

Fradulent activities are done in this application

I dont have any loan with mahindra finance but without my permission they set me up as a guarantor and i dont know who took the loan and put me as a guarantor. I tried complaining several times but no one is taking the initiative. Very disappointing and the customer service is worstest dont take loan frkm her
