Tractor App
I was informed by customer service the same as the other review, that after a “few” hours it would start populating with data. Nothing has populated. Terrible app, I would have been better off not knowing about this FAILED technology!

Useless. Both app and customer service. “Get someone young to help you, you obviously putting something in wrong”. Gross. Will never let me submit after I verify Captcha thing. No matter what I do. Person I spoke too was obviously not an App person nor tech support nor did they want to put me through to anyone. Bleh. Waste of time. Tractor good tho

No connection
App will not connect, customer support is horrible. Every aspect of this company and tractor is garbage. Will never buy a Mahindra product again. As others stated the customer support is none, whether it’s for the tractor, finance issues, or app issues.there is no support. I’ve had nothing but issues from day one. Why is there no zero stars option??

Yet to work
I purchased back in October 25 and the app did not work. Reported to dealer and they have been working on it but they are having now luck either.
Mahindra seems to be hanging the dealers and customers out to dry. The app update last month cleaned up some of the pick lists but it still does not work.
This apps support button directs you to the Mahindra website which offers zero support options. If the dealers can’t get it fixed then I would suggest there is a corporate issue.

Worthless
The tractor never shows up and your data that you entered in the profile is never saved. Very frustrating to advertise with such technology and then experience this
Tractor Connection
This tractor has never connected with my registered app. It seems as though the technology side of this platform has been either discontinued or just doesn’t work. Had a discussion with customer support and they said the tractor would report data after having run for a few hours. Well, after 26 hours, nothing’s being reported. Thanks for the support.

Tractor good, app horrible!
Do not waste your time with this gimmicky app. You can’t even save your name and address in the user info page. The city is listed under the state and the state under the city. Not to mention it will not connect to my tractor. Tractor is good, app is terrible!
Garbage App
One would think the company would care enough to actually support their app but alas they do not. It only works for the first few days and then nothing. Can't be too hard to find IT people in India........

Can’t even get your tractor registration completed due to never send a verification code and finishing the process to log into the app. Useless
