Best REAL Mahjong App
This is the only legitimate Mahjong app I’ve found that actually feels like playing real Mahjong against the computer. I tried several others, but they were either overloaded with gimmicky animations, based on non-Chinese rule sets, or simply didn’t play correctly. And most of the so-called “Mahjong” apps are actually just Mahjong Solitaire, which honestly shouldn’t even be called Mahjong.
If I had one suggestion, it would be to add an option to disable flowers or scoring rules, though that’s a very minor issue. Overall, this game is fantastic and easily the best real Mahjong experience I’ve found on the App Store.

Almost perfect
Best solo Mahjong game I’ve found. But please add some basic rule customization features like to disallow chow and require self-draw.

Bug may need to be fixed

Mediocre
Far too many consecutive “No Win” games and very seldom get bonus tiles in games while other three seats get numerous bonus tiles each game. Lucky to get a score above 3 in most games. So, must always chose “0” score option and can never win “4” score let alone “10” score option games. And why do we almost always get a wind tile or, if not, an honour tile. Using this to learn mahjong but it seems to only teach how to lose.

I highly recommend this app. It has the written rules for players so everyone can play with the same set of rules.
Learning MCR
A good app to practice MCR Mahjong. Not so good for absolute beginners (there is no tutorial nor a full overview of the rules); however, it may be recommended to players who are learning the game and need to get familiar with the multiple hand patterns.

Good Game Ruined
The game was amazing for many years. This has been on my phone, since it came out.
Recently, they have started to place ads in the game (I am all for revenue streams).
This issue is with ad placement in-game. The ad blocks another players tiles, effectively ruining the game. (Yes I have submitted feed back and no, this did not resolve the issue.
Please let me know when it is fixed.

New learner here!
I learned how to play mahjong playing this app. I love the challenges of trying to complete certain set of hands for higher points and how the difficulty varies every match. I find the instructions super helpful and easy to comprehend.
Not worth paying to stop the Adverts
Quite a good version of Mahjong but having paid to stop the ads, it would be nice if they actually stopped. I have deleted and reloaded the APP but nothing works.

Where’s the MJ game?!
I’ve been playing for months on my 12.5 iPad with no problems. Now when I tap on the game icon it doesn’t open. I’ve deleted app and reinstalled several times, and clean out my cache. Still no game. I noted a upgrade a few days ago; is this why I can’t get game?? Please help. I miss the game!
