Ads covering screen
Can’t play this on my phone cause an ad covers part of the screen and won’t go away. I’ve tried deleting the app and downloading again several times but same thing happens. Doesn’t matter which game mode it’s in. I would love for this to be fixed!
Ads block game
The banner ads are now so large that they block the game board. You can no longer finish most of the levels because you can’t access the game tiles behind the ads.
Apple Interference
Love the game but Apple purposely places ads over the game making it difficult to see tiles. With Vita Mahjong they do not place ads over the tiles.

I don’t mind an ad here and there, but if my phone is set to silent the ad better not override my choice to have notifications and sound silenced. Bad design.
Ads cover upper left corner
I would appreciate an explanation of why the ads are covering the upper left corner of the game, which at times makes it impossible to play on my cell phone.

No gamepass
Uninstalled my game pass doesn’t work here like it does on my computer same game though don’t make sense very disappointed

So when I open the game, it tries to play the game in a weird position on the screen and I can’t press any buttons since it’s off of the screen.
SUCKS
They assume you are an Xbox subscriber to access the full game features. Beat all of the Majong games as a “guest” and now have no new games.
Advert problems
Why doesn’t Microsoft ensure that adverts in the game execute properly? Just had to delete app and re-download because advert wouldn’t close after dozens of attempts.
Just tried to access the game, it has a totally useless age checking system that failed to check a photo of me…twice, and a mobile phone checker that also failed twice, so I can’t play mahjong. Have deleted app and won’t use it again.. oh, and I’m 70 years old.

Issues
Levels are easier than on competitor sites. But worse, accessibility features appear nonexistent so that when I use this on my iPad, I cannot enlarge the screen so I can actually view the tiles. There's no excuse for this. It's a simple program fix.
Still can’t play it for free
All these months with people complaining that the ad obscures the free version board and it’s still not fixed. :-(

Best Mahjong game PERIOD!
Microsoft Mahjong is the cleanest and most powerful & flawless Mahjong game out there, & believe me I have played many! I like the different layouts, background music that doesn’t overpower, & great sound effects. Add to that your choice of levels, layouts, & skill, there is nothing else as good out there, & it is free! I would pay for this game! I am playing the latest version of Microsoft Mahjong & hope there are some of the retro layouts from past editions in the locked puzzles.

Would give 5 if it weren’t for the fact the ads take up the entire upper left corner of the screen and make it near impossible to see the pieces sometimes
