I have played this game forever it seems, over 40 years. The crew will go out of their way to make sure everything is running smoothly for their gamers. I’ve never seen a company respond to my questions so quickly as as these people do. I believe they deserve my utmost respect for the care they give.

Ads are too long
When you need extra time to finish a puzzle, you have to watch a minute or more of ads to get 30 seconds. Too frustrating, I deleted the game.

Too many ads. Cannot complete levels without multiple ads much longer than game. Too many free games to deal with this. Make untimed with ads would be reasonable.
Terrible Adverts
Some of the longest adverts ever seen. Spoils a great game. There’s a version on YouTube Playables with no ads, but that version is very buggy
Great game except they try to rip you off
I wanted to play with no timer. After they fooled me into paying $1.99 it turned out I had to pay for a monthly subscription to play relaxed. No way would I do business with this company.

I like this game but today it started crashing. Can’t play it at all now. It’s fixed now! Thank you
How do I access untimed mode?
Clicking it on main menu does nothing. Clicking upgrade in the three lines menu to access arkadium advantage, which supposedly gets you untimed mode, also does nothing and just takes me back to the main menu page. Love this game, but I hate timed games, so I always want to put this down after just a few minutes. When ultimately I would prefer to want to keep playing it longer than that.

They will never get this corrected
I’ve a paying member. This game continues to interrupt my game with paid ads. I’ve reported numerous times including requested screenshots and the response I get is that there is a bug and the developer is working to correct it. The developer is a loser or has so many other bugs that he/she hasn’t gotten around to fixing this! Very frustrating!

Boring!
This game is ok, but all of he levels are exactly the same. There’s nothing challenging or surprising. It could use more, changing up designs when you get to certain levels, put puzzles to solve that lead to newer levels or a bonus and being able to play again Facebook friends and trade and give pieces, maybe change the color the higher up you get.

The only problem I have is that I don’t have the option to change themes or discover what else this game offers and iI’ve easily made it to level 22. What is going on here.

Lower Score
My score is lower in its final submission than when I actually finish the level. It is not including the 12,000 pts when the final 12th level finishes. This needs to be fixed.

I was a paid subscriber for the game. I really liked it, until the app started crashing every time I tried to play…please fix
