I can’t create an account. I had the money to spend. From what I see, this is a very long time to have this problem be there.

It is fast, it is challenging and You play against real people. I love playing there.
Terrible interface
The color of the game is so dark, what is the purpose? I always miss the Kong because I can’t see it. And the arrangement of the table make the card so small, very hard to see and control. The UX and UI make player’s dizzy, tired. Mahjong 13 titles got a better screen, I can play all day with no problem. This make me press wrong cards, play half of an hour and I don’t want to play it. This one is horrible. I don’t recommend to download it.

Don't bother installing
This app doesn't not function properly at all. Don't both installing it as the developers have clearly stopped updated the app.
Impossible to register
Was looking forward to trying this. But the registration stopped me cold. When I tried to register with a very uncommon name it told me it was in use. So, I tried that with various passwords I use and it wouldn’t let me start. I tried other names and was told my email was wrong.
So simple if were a forgot my password box to click. So since I don’t know if I’ve ever played this before (I haven’t, this was a new app for me) and since it won’t allow me to register with any name I come up with then I’m stuck and will be deleting. This needs to be fixed.

many players get an error while trying to sign up because they already have an account. If the system tells you that your email is in use. it means you created an account on the website before. The website: mahjongtime.com
Can’t get by sign up screen
Using an iPhone X. App works on landscape but the display is too big for the screen so unable to get access to the sign up button once the input boxes are filled in. It has no scrolling function to allow user to move the screen down. So user can go no further.
So frustrating!!! Please test on different types of phone and fix this is basic issue on the next version!!

Minimum scores
This game has better graphic, slower, and gives players more control over the tiles.
I will change to 5 stars if they have the option to change minimum scores to 8pts or more. People basically only care about winning with chicken hands. Losing chips over these lowest scores are the worst.

We have changed this. You can create a 8 pt game or choose a game already in the lobby that has 8 pt. Please change the rating to 5 stars
Features missing
I always play on pc but got iPad Pro 11 and hoped to play as always. I miss the panel showing tiles played, statistics, and full screen. But game itself goes well.

not true!! Why would we want to predetermine the winner? I see the same comments from members that want to go free to get better tiles.
