Not sure where to go now
First I will say how much I love the game but…..
I like lots of people here are complaining about a lot of things. Like I got all of the open tiles to play but no matter how many clovers I get along with the sand I’m getting nowhere with. I no longer have a need for collecting sand I can’t use anymore since I finished building the objects in the room or whatever it’s called exactly.
It wouldn’t bother me too much if there was stuff to do to get more tiles it would be awesome.
I sent a help email a few days ago and haven’t heard anything yet. I seem to be either stuck at level 2500 OR that’s the end of the game ?

freezes up
I absolutely love playing this game and enjoy the graphics within the game but I have a problem when I go to click on the free reshuffle. The game freezes up and I have to close it out, empty my cache and restart the game and then I have lost the free reshuffle or whatever is free at the time. This happens about 75-80% of the time and is very frustrating. I have an iphone 11 ios. Please fix this. Thank you.

Love
Update: this is one of my favorite games. I really wish they would either remove it totally or update. I love playing but I feel like I’ve basically beaten it. I still have more levels but with no updates and no more specials or events it’s kinda dumb.
Love this game. Currently the Easter activity is frozen. I didn’t get to finish and now the pop up won’t close so I can’t even play the regular game. Lame. I was close to getting the Easter tiles 😭

I love this game
The only downside is after so far into the game you unlock all the animals and upgrade the house and then there is nothing you keep earning gold dust with nothing to spend it on and you keep getting creature packs but can’t open them or anything cause they are all unlocked

Ad crashes
I like this game a lot, but about 90% of the time when I watch the adds, it’ll crash and I have to restart the game. It’s a bummer because most of the time the reason I try to watch the ads, it’s to shuffle the board to continue playing. Please fix this so I can throughly enjoy this game.
We need more things to do…
I enjoy playing this game. I’ve already went as far as I can on building my house and collecting all the cards and I’ve collected the tiles in the warp room. Some new updates would be fantastic! I want to keep playing this game but I want it to stay fun & interesting. I’m going to get bored with it if it’s just going thru the levels & everything stays the same. To keep people interested in your game, it needs a few updates. Like giving it more tiles to complete in the warp are or having more cards to collect. It’s nice when the extra games for collecting the snowflakes are available but it needs some updates please. If you want people to stay interested and keep playing your game, you need to do some updates and give us more options and opportunities to continue playing besides just beating levels. Also, I’m as far as I can go on the levels. I’m at 2501, but there’s not been any more yet. Please update so we can play & to keep it interesting. Thanks for your time.

Love this game. More coins needed
I really have enjoyed this game. Good graphics, gameplay, options, good maps, good characters, etc. My only gripe is there isn’t enough rewards that provide coins. For instance, if you finish a timed level before the timer ends there should be a coin bonus. More coins should be rewarded for finishing with 3 stars than with 2 stars. This would enhance the playing experience. Thank you.

Updates and questions
I'm at level 841 and I have maxed out all of the upgrades on my house. So I'm collecting sand and have no use for it. Also, I can't for the life of me figure out what those four leaf clovers are for.
Used to be fun, now just a money grab
This game as it is now is little more than a coin selling app that has a mahjong mini-game. I’ve been playing this for years and it used to be fun though the push towards buying coins was a little annoying. At some point though they must’ve gotten greedy, because now 9 levels out of 10 are literally impossible unless you use coins - I’m talking the final tiles are on top of each other, blocked by a ribbon or other game mechanic, etc. And unless you have enough coins to shuffle, too bad. It’s just become so obvious that all they’re doing is trying to force you to spend money. Basically unplayable at this point.

I loved this game at first but was looking forward to new tile sets opening up. I’ve waited the entire month of October for the Halloween ones and it’s now almost the 31st and nothing. I don’t want to play another snowflake tournament. Where are these events it’s talking about with the tiles? I’ve played 2 months and have seen nothing. I’ve been paying for premium to get coins but I told myself I would cancel by end of October if still nothing. And here we are.

Good game, some glitches to work out
Overall I love the gameplay and it’s been super entertaining and fun. A few things do hinder the experience and I hope get fixed in future updates.
1. The game often crashes on the fireworks screen after ads at the end of a level.
2. When using the travel mate companion’s special power up to help aid completion, the game will say no matches left, even if there are visible, lantern highlighted matches remaining after using power up.
3. The idle reward notification never clears after the first time collected, you have to wait a couple minutes to go back and collect again to remove the notification.
4. I cannot for the life of me figure out how to progress on the I love candy achievement, im stuck at 0 on it regardless of using candy power ups, companions and collecting the tiles. I’m already on level 379 so I’m assuming I should have naturally made SOME progress by now.
Overall I love the game and think if these things were fixed it would be an easy 5star!

Shame!
This has been my favorite game for a long time. Unfortunately, level 461 is impossible to pass without spending money. Too many Mahjong games out there to spend good cash. I’ll miss this one!
Building
Is there going to be anymore levels for building? I’m at my max and I don’t see the point of getting the points for it if it’s all maxed out.
Great
This would be an amazing game, if only the free play, actually paid out like it was advertised on the app. Between the free videos not playing half the time, the bonus levels always being maxed out (well past their time maximums,) and no one ever responds to your concerns, except for a generic message saying that they will forward your concern on. This game could be one of the best, if the company actually cared about their fans/customers.

Not cool
There are levels that you play and play and play and you cannot pass them until you buy coins. You hardly ever give more than eight coins when you win a game. But you give tons of sand sand sand sand and there’s nothing to do with the sand why don’t you give us coins!
Aggravating
Game keeps freezing and losing progress takes away winning streak. Been playing for a new tile set need to to complete and for four days still can’t get the two tiles left. Ends in a few hours. Gonna delete the app just too aggravating
Just relaxing
This game is very relaxing in the same time you pick up your speed if you wish to....I used to play this game years ago and I love what you guys did with it.😊
