So many glitches!
I’ve been playing this game for a few years. I enjoy it when it’s working properly. But, the glitches are so frustrating. Many times, it just continues through the loading screens - frustrating! Looking for a new Mahjong game.
Freezes on iPad Pro
I am running this game on a brand new iPad Pro. Game constantly freezes or has extremely delayed reaction e.g. click the tile, hear the tone, but tile does not disappear until 5-7 seconds later. I have lost 8-10 lives in the current tournament.
Update. The above is apparently my review from several years ago. I don’t even remember it but I also noticed that when I clicked one star before writing the review, it defaults to five and I’m quite sure I wouldn’t have given it five stars and written the above review. How convenient.
Here is the review I just now came here to write: I reported this issue several years ago and now I’ve come back to play the game because it’s actually a great game except that in my case it’s unplayable and now I remember why I quit playing. I wish I could provide a screenshot but I can’t. Obviously you have to be able to click very quickly to be successful at this game. When I click a little bit too quickly, a dialogue box pops up offering me several options. One of those options is “writing tools“. If I should accidentally then click that box, a whole dialogue box taking up about 1/4 of my screen pops up, covering my playfield. I then have to click outside of that area to remove that box. Obviously that is an issue in this particular game. Also, my screen remains darkened by about 1/2 until I can manage to get rid of the dialogue boxes which usually I cannot do at all and I just have to play and try not to accidentally click any of those boxes that randomly appear in the play field. It’s not an iPad issue. This does not happen in any of the other Mahjong games that I have installed.
I have reached out to support about this and they really don’t seem to care.

No longer can load d game

I have tried to load this new version too. I have lost a token and 5 turns as it blinks off and reloads. Please get it fixed
Something is wrong
I have downloaded the game 10 times today. When I try to play is restarts after 3/4 matches. I have been playing this app for several years and this is very disappointing Please FIX
