Unlock app not working

I have paid to unlock all the levels and they took my money and now the levels are not downloading because an error. I keep receiving try again later. I think this is a scam. They took the money without any unlocking levels. Be careful and lock all the levels and be careful purchasing anything from this app.

Mahjong Worlds

I have enjoyed this game since it first came out. It was such a relaxing game for me I bought all but 2 worlds. Now, my issue is I can’t restore any of my worlds Does not tell me how to fix. Please help for it’s been to long since I’ve played. Thank you
