Calm Down!
It keeps my brain active, yet works like meditation, because it makes me stay focused in order to solve the puzzle. So when I’m dealing with something that gets me a little riled up, I stop and play a couple of games and go back to what

I’ve been playing Mahjong!! since a little girl when my best friend, who is Chinese, taught me how to play. We played many hours on a rainy day. This is just as much fun. Love it!
