Worst survey app ever you click on a survey pass the checks then get screened out or redirected to another survey which is 30mins long but you clicked on a 10min survey so inconsistent and misleading do yourself a favor and avoid this

I have been using Maholla for a couple months and I have gotten low payouts such as 5 to 10 but I have a 38.25 payout that I haven’t been able to cash out in three weeks and support is not getting ahold of me

I have a substantial amount that I have attempting to cash out since May of this year. I have submitted numerous tickets over months, sent emails to direct support, and have received no help.

This is a scam and it sucks the moment I got close to five it literally stopped showing surveys mind you this is my first time playing then I’m like OK I’m only like six cents away from five dollars but you know what it won’t let me play games no more. This whole game is a scam. it is a waste of time anything up here that says five stars it’s all along.

Problematic cash outs
This is the only app which gives me this issue! Every single time I try to cash out, it remains pending for weeks/months!! Weeks/Months!!!!! Last time this happened, after weeks/months of waiting and constantly emailing them, they emailed me saying I can now finally cash out and when I went to do so, the exact same issue happens and I have to wait again!!! I am currently waiting for a payment too and losing hope. Extremely frustrating

Scam app, can’t cash out
Don’t waste your time with this. When you go to cash out it gets hung up and says “cash out pending” I asked for help with this 4 times through the help centre in the app, it has been over a month now a not one reply.

Loved the app until I tried to cash out at the beginning of July .
I’ve now sent support multiple messages about this 58.23 payout and no one is responding to my last two messages. I spent a lot of time playing the game to make that money so why it’s taking so long to verify the payout I can’t even imagine . I will wait another few days to see what I hear back from the support team about but if I am not verified after waiting this long I will just have to delete this app and only play on my other cash apps . Really would be a shame though because this up until this payout was one of the best I’ve found .

Don’t bother, they don’t pay out
I got to the £4 cashout threshold and the website advises it can take up to 2 hours. Lone behold, it’s been over a day and I haven’t received nothing. I even sent an email and they didn’t respond. The majority of survey websites allow you to cash out immediately to PayPal so this is incredibly disappointing. What makes it worse is the no customer service. Whole thing seems so shoddy. ONE STAR FROM ME.
