Don’t bother, they don’t pay out
I got to the £4 cashout threshold and the website advises it can take up to 2 hours. Lone behold, it’s been over a day and I haven’t received nothing. I even sent an email and they didn’t respond. The majority of survey websites allow you to cash out immediately to PayPal so this is incredibly disappointing. What makes it worse is the no customer service. Whole thing seems so shoddy. ONE STAR FROM ME.

Really poor customer service I have tried to contact them for a week now regarding a cash out which I have not received without even an acknowledgment. Needless to say I won’t be using this app again !!!
Complete garbage
I’ve been cheated on the payout of a survey for example it said it was worth $1.35 and after completing all I got was $0.74 and now when I finally got enough to cash out it just keeps saying it’s pending.DO NOT waste your time with this app!
Okay when they actually pay
I am usually able to cash out just fine. I completed an offer that paid more than $20 and have been pending to cash out for almost a week. Only use it for the small offers, avoid the big ones.

Surveys always time you out. Offers doesn’t register so you automatically don’t get rewarded. Support takes forever or either non existent be aware of app.

Worked for a while
Worked for a while the app now won’t load up and when you do get on your waiting for the to accept your request to cashout. Been 3 days and still can’t get on the app to cashout. Anyone thinking about downloading this app I wouldn’t recommend, maybe attapoll would be better as their cahoots are much quicker and you always have surveys.

Waste of Time – No Credit Earned
I’ve spent a significant amount of time completing offers and tasks on this app, but despite my efforts, I have not received any credit towards my account. The support team just gives the runaround, offering excuses and no real solutions. It’s incredibly frustrating to see no results after putting in so much time. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this app. There are far better options out there that actually deliver on their promises.
