Scam app, can’t cash out
Don’t waste your time with this. When you go to cash out it gets hung up and says “cash out pending” I asked for help with this 4 times through the help centre in the app, it has been over a month now a not one reply.

Cash out still pending yet won’t even go through so how can it be pending
Do not waste your time.
Customer service is terrible. I have submitted numerous tickets over months and have received absolutely no response. I wasted so much time and energy.

Loved the app until I tried to cash out at the beginning of July .
I’ve now sent support multiple messages about this 58.23 payout and no one is responding to my last two messages. I spent a lot of time playing the game to make that money so why it’s taking so long to verify the payout I can’t even imagine . I will wait another few days to see what I hear back from the support team about but if I am not verified after waiting this long I will just have to delete this app and only play on my other cash apps . Really would be a shame though because this up until this payout was one of the best I’ve found .
