Designed for professional caregivers, home health aides, and nurses, Maik helps you manage your workday from start to finish — even without an internet connection. SHIFT MANAGEMENT View your upcoming schedule, see full shift details including patient information and location, and stay on top of your weekly workload at a glance. SECURE CLOCK IN & OUT Clock in and out with confidence using identity verification and GPS geofencing. Maik confirms you're at the right location and verifies your identity, keeping records accurate and fraud-free. CARE PLAN & TASKS Access your patient's care plan and complete shift tasks directly in the app. Log vital signs, add clinical notes, and complete boolean and text tasks — all structured around the care plan. POST-SHIFT DOCUMENTATION Capture patient signatures, log mileage for reimbursement, and submit end-of-shift notes before you clock out. OFFLINE FIRST Maik works even without a signal. Your data syncs automatically in the background when connectivity is restored, so you can focus on care, not connectivity. MULTILINGUAL Available in English, Spanish, and Haitian Creole. Maik is an internal tool provided by The Care Guides to its caregiving staff. This app is not available to the general public, a valid employee account issued by The Care Guides is required to access the app.
