So many bugs and issues
First when you sign up for an account if you login, it just says unexpected error and luckily I thought “maybe it’s because I’ll probably need to verify my email before continuing”. Did that and got into the app. That error code needs to tell you exactly what you need not that just “access denied”. Second, horrible bug if you switch apps when trying to add a recipient resets the whole job. Lastly, when I try to add a recipient it 405 method not allowed. Again generic error codes. I’m guessing maybe I can’t mail to a PO Box? Overall the app is just horrible to use. I should have not ignored the sub 4 star rating and just avoiding it but Reddit praises the service for quick mailing of documents. Fix your app please.

Doesn’t work, don’t bother
I created a login and then every time I try to click on one of the available services it indicated that there was an internal error. Tried signing out signing back in, and it refused to let me sign into into an internal error. Tried deleting the app and downloading it back and it still due to internal error. App doesn’t work, don’t bother.

I kept trying to add a recipient and it kept telling me not allowed
My Go To Postcard App
When traveling in Europe, I use this app to send postcards to my friends in the United States.I enjoy snapping a picture of where I am writing a short note and then sending it to my contacts right from my phone. No need to stop and look for stamps locally or a local post office. I know I can click a button and they’re on their way to my friends back home. Love this app. Thanks.

Wonderful in theory but nit execution
The app promised to be exactly what I was looking for and unfortunately continue to look for. If it was functional it would be well laid out, straight forward and something I used al the time but as it is now I have yet to find two screens I can transition between either setting up a job or adding money or looking at settings where it fails to load or freezes totally needing to be force quit.also options for sending shown on tutorials and the web site suddenly are not options when processing a job and some job options are not universally known and no explanation of the options is given. But all that could be over come if the app could even get through its own process without falling apart
